I recommend Allison without reservation. She worked with us to sell some land in a very difficult market. Throughout the process she kept us informed about where we stood in the process, when someone was interested, etc. She was very responsive every time we had a question or a concern. When the land was under contract during the pandemic, she worked to get things handled virtually, and when my husband was too sick to go somewhere to get the documents notarized, she sent a notary to our house so he could sign them at home. If I ever sell my house, I will certainly contact her to handle the listing.

I've been told that when buying a home, ALWAYS hire a realtor that is on YOUR side and has YOUR best interests in mind, a " BUYERS " realtor if you will. When we met Allison Lawson we thought she was great from day one. Why..? Well from the second I awoke in the middle of the night, found this house on line, and sent an email to Allison. It was 12:34 AM on a Sunday. Allison answered me in 18 min. That impressed me more then I can say. Other realtors I had emailed on different homes have still not answered me to this day. The day we met Allison to view the home we were interested in ended in Allison taking us around to see two other homes we were interested in at our request. She was willing to do what it took to earn our respect and confidence in her. My wife and I actually went to another Realty Co. , , planning to hire our " BUYERS " realtor for ourselves.
